case, Mr. Edelsteinsuccessfully obtained judgment dismissing,
with prejudice, the New Jersey
Department of Environmental Protection's demand for Natural
Resource Damages
against our client, a gasoline station owner and operator.
Mr. Edelstein regularly is also
called upon by community and neighborhood associations

represent their interests in preserving open space,
environmental quality, and sensible land use development
in their towns and within the region where their members
live, work and
enjoy recreation.
