The firm's principal, Nathan M. Edelstein, Esquire, has more than thirty years experience representing distinguished clients, providing transactional and pre-litigation counseling, and protecting our clients' interests in serious, complex litigation.

Background
Nathan Edelstein has served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, with particular responsibility for representing the State in complex environmental litigation in the State and Federal courts. Since beginning private practice in 1979, Mr. Edelstein has served on numerous Bar Association committees at both the State and County levels, has lectured for and been a member of panels sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Institute of Continuing Legal Education ("ICLE"), and the National Association of Attorneys General. He has been chairman of the Mercer County Bench-Bar Committee on Chancery (Equity) practice, and serves as a Master in the Mercer County American Inns of Court.

Mr. Edelstein received his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers Law School in 1976, and a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University in that same year. Nathan Edelstein is licensed to practice both in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York, and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
